Artwork Guidelines
A quick guide to preparing and uploading print-ready artwork for your order.
Last Updated: September 2026
How Artwork Upload Works
You upload your artwork while you configure your product in the Product Studio, before you add the product to your cart. Choose your options, upload your print-ready artwork, and then add the product to your cart.
You need to be signed in to upload artwork. If you are not signed in, the Product Studio will prompt you to sign in or create an account first.
Accepted File Types
The upload tool accepts the following file types:
- PDF (preferred)
- AI, EPS, SVG, and PSD
- TIFF, PNG, and JPG
Individual files can be up to 500 MB. A supported file type does not guarantee the file is print-ready.
Print-Ready Checklist
- Build your artwork at the finished size you are ordering, or at a size with the same proportions.
- Use high-resolution images. Low-resolution or blurry images will print that way.
- Keep important text and logos away from the edges of the design.
- Convert fonts to outlines or embed them so text does not change when we open your file.
- Remember that screen colors can look different from printed colors.
Double-Sided Products
For products that print on both sides, upload artwork for the front and the back. Where the Product Studio offers it, you can choose to use your front artwork on the back as well.
Review and Responsibility
Any artwork review we perform is a technical production check only. It does not verify spelling, phone numbers, addresses, dates, pricing, or your rights to the images and content in your design. Please proofread your artwork carefully before you order.
