By using this website or placing an order with BoldPoint Printing, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our other applicable policies, including our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Artwork & Production Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or place an order.

BoldPoint Printing sells customized printed products that are produced based on the specifications you select and the artwork you upload. Because each order is custom-produced to your specifications, it is generally made specifically for you and is not a stocked, off-the-shelf item.

When you place an order, you are responsible for making sure the following are correct:

• The product you selected
• Dimensions and quantity
• Material and finishing options
• Your shipping address
• The artwork you upload

This includes reviewing your artwork for spelling, grammar, phone numbers, addresses, dates, logos, graphics, colors, and any other content it contains.

When we review your artwork, that review is a technical check for production readiness only — it is not a proofreading service, and we do not check your artwork for spelling, grammar, factual accuracy, or content errors.

Payment is due at checkout. Your order does not move into production until payment has been received and any required artwork has been received and approved.

Prices shown on our website may change at any time on a going-forward basis. If you have already successfully paid for an order, that order keeps the pricing that was in effect and recorded on your order at the time you paid, even if our prices change later.

Because our products are manufactured to your specifications, the return expectations that typically apply to off-the-shelf retail goods do not necessarily apply here. Refunds, reprints, and cancellations for custom orders are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Damage & Reprint Policy.

BoldPoint Printing may use third-party production and fulfillment partners to manufacture and ship customer orders. Regardless of who physically produces or ships your order, you are purchasing from BoldPoint Printing, and we remain your point of contact for any questions, issues, or support related to your order.

By submitting artwork, logos, photographs, trademarks, text, or any other content for printing, you represent that you have the right and permission to use and print that content. You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise prohibited. BoldPoint Printing may decline to produce artwork that appears unlawful or inappropriate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoldPoint Printing's total liability arising out of or relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected product or order. This limitation does not apply to the extent it would be prohibited by applicable law. Nothing in these terms is intended to disclaim liability that cannot legally be disclaimed.

These Terms of Service are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Mississippi.
